Debate shows jurists with different views on impartiality of judiciary

Ljubljana, 29 November - A debate hosted by the Slovenian Bar Association has shown that jurists have diverging views on independence and impartiality of judges. While Supreme Court judge Jan Zobec said that the judiciary had failed in high-profile cases, attorney Emil Zakonjšek warned against judging the work of the entire judiciary based on a few cases.
