Top court imposes another temporary injunction on Kangler parliamentary inquiry

Ljubljana, 13 November - The Constitutional Court has imposed another temporary injunction on the law and rules governing parliamentary inquiry, which means the inquiry into prosecution of former Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler will not be able to interview prosecutors pending the court's final decision. The same restriction has recently been imposed in relation to judges.
