New food supply chain ombudsman appointed

Ljubljana, 9 May - The government appointed on Thursday Branko Ravnik as the food supply chain ombudsman to replace Igor Hrovatič, whose term expired at the end of 2023. Ravnik, who used to chair the Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry (KGZS) and worked at the Agriculture Ministry, will begin his term on Wednesday.
