Farmers concerned by Panvita takeover

Ljubljana, 7 May - The Chamber of Agriculture and Forestry of Slovenia expressed concern after it was announced that Panvita, Slovenia's leading agri-food company, was taken over by a Croatian company, saying the new owners will also receive lease contracts for more than 3,000 hectares of state-owned agricultural land.
