Večer says foreign banks ripping off citizens, businesses

Ljubljana, 7 May - Večer says in Tuesday's commentary that ordinary citizens in Slovenia, who as taxpayers bailed out banks two times, should not take for granted that the foreign bank owners pay interest on their deposits at significantly lower rates than in the rest of the eurozone countries.
