NGOs condemn bear cull decision

Ljubljana, 29 April - The environmental NGO Alpe Adria Green and the animal welfare organisation Anima have condemned the authorities' recent decision to allow the culling of 176 bears this year. They called for solutions that would ensure bear population management without a cull quota or hunting tourism.
