US State Department praises Slovenia over marriage equality

Washington, 23 April - The US State Department human rights report for 2023, published on Tuesday, mentions Slovenia in an introductory encouraging developments segment, highlighting legislation recognising marriage equality. On the whole the report finds "no significant changes in the human rights situation during the year".
