MEP Joveva Freedom Movement's top candidate for EU elections
Ljubljana, 22 April - The council of the ruling Freedom Movement unanimously backed on Monday the party's list of candidates for EU election, which is topped by Irena Joveva, one of its two MEPs. Doctor Aleksander Merlo, tipped earlier as the top candidate, is not on the list, while Jure Leben, the founder of the party's predecessor, is.
