Luka Koper shareholders could get lower dividend than last year

Koper, 18 April - The management and supervisors of port operator Luka Koper proposed to the shareholders that EUR 28 million of the distributable profit of EUR 43.9 million be paid out in dividends in 2023. This means a dividend of EUR 2 gross per share, 50 cents less than in 2022, Luka Koper said in a release on Thursday after a session of the supervisory board.
