Brežice council unanimously against asylum centre in municipality
Brežice, 6 March - The Brežice municipal council has voted unanimously against the government's plan to erect an asylum centre at Obrežje, an international border crossing with Croatia located in their municipality. They are not convinced by the assurances that this is a temporary measure and that police will make sure the safety of residents is not compromised.
