Same standards for incineration and co-incineration endorsed at first reading

Ljubljana, 28 November - A set of changes to the Environment Protection Act that extend stricter emission standards which apply to incineration plants to co-incineration plants passed first reading on Tuesday. MPs agreed not to fast-track the bill, tabled in September by a group of NGOs, to further improve it and find the right environment-business balance.
