Acquisition of asset manager Primorski Skladi completed

Ljubljana, 6 June - Elektronček, a company owned by one of the wealthiest Slovenians, has completed the acquisition of Primorski Skladi, an asset manager. The plan is to turn it into a leading asset manager in Central and Eastern Europe.
