UN Security Council seat should be seen as means to an end, says paper

Koper, 5 June - The newspaper Primorske Novice says on Monday that politicians in Slovenia are not aware that the country's potential UN Security Council membership should not be an end but merely a means to an end. Slovenia's advantage ahead of its only rival, Belarus, should be enough to clinch a non-permanent seat on the Security Council, the commentary adds.
