MPs urge broad debate on bear population management

Ljubljana, 3 May - The parliamentary committees on the environment and agriculture met for a joint session on Wednesday to discuss the management of brown bear population, hearing that based on a recent decision 158 bears have been culled. The committees urged the government to form a substantive platform for a broad public debate on the issue.
