Dnevnik says administrative units product of socialist era

Ljubljana, 27 March - The newspaper Dnevnik comments on Monday on the uproar caused by the announced changes to the network of administrative units, noting that former anti-Communists now oppose an overhaul of the administrative units that are in fact a product of the socialist era.
