Večer says administrative unit restructuring should not be rushed

Ljubljana, 23 March - Večer says in Thursday's commentary Hue and Cry that the system of administrative units indeed needs restructuring, but notes that the Public Administration Ministry is rushing with the proposal, which will need much more support from experts and also on the ground.
