Top court declares reactivation of retired judges unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 22 March - The Constitutional Court has declared as unconstitutional the provisions of the judicial service act that allow retired judges to exercise judicial authority until the age of 70 despite the constitution stipulating that retirement means the end of judicial office.
