Slovenia warned about failure to transpose two directives
Ljubljana, 27 January - The European Commission has sent Slovenia a formal notice for failing to transpose into its law by the end of 2022 two directives, one regarding administrative cooperation in the field of taxation and the other regarding class action lawsuits filed on behalf of consumers.
