Slovenia will host Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre

Ljubljana, 1 December - Slovenia will host one of two seats of the Patent Arbitration and Mediation Centre, a segment of the Unified Patent Court common to EU Member States in which the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court (UPCA) will be in force. The new system is expected to spring into action in April.
