Dnevnik sceptical about announcements of NUK II construction

Ljubljana, 30 November - The newspaper Dnevnik says in Wednesday's commentary that the announcements from the government about the start of construction of the new national library project in Ljubljana should be taken not with a lot but with a "gigantic amount of scepticism".
