Verbund found liable for 2012 Drava flood in landmark judgement

Maribor, 26 September - Austrian power utility Verbund has been declared liable for the damage caused by the swollen river Drava in November 2012 as the Maribor Local Court issued the first judgement concerning the flooding after years of court procedures.
