Ombudsman: Use of force at 5 October rally disproportionate

Ljubljana, 22 September - The Office of the Human Rights Ombudsman has found the use of coercive measures during the October 2021 rally in Ljubljana was disproportionate, and has recommended taking additional measures to ensure their proportional use against crowds. The Interior Ministry has already sent the findings to the prosecution service.
