Takeover of 42% in Hidria by Spain's Gonvarri officially confirmed

Ljubljana, 20 July - The majority stakeholder of the car parts maker Hidria, the H&R company, owned by the Svetlik family, has sold a 42% stake to the Spanish automotive supplier Gonvarri, H&R confirmed on Wednesday. The deal, whose value remains undisclosed, must now be approved by the competent national and EU authorities.
