Electricity, utility bills going up

Ljubljana, 27 May - May electricity bills that are due for payment in June will be significantly higher with some providers than January bills, as the government freeze on network charges expired at the end of April, the Slovenian Consumers' Association (ZPS) has said. Moreover, utility costs will also go up.
