"Obstruction for dismissal of Janša's liking": The programme council of RTV Slovenija, which Dnevnik says works in the interest of the Democratic Party (SDS) and PM Janez Janša, obstructed yesterday's session to enable the director general of the public broadcaster to dismiss Natalija Gorščak, the director of TV programmes. Construction in Ljubljana
"Million and a half, and cultural venue is not necessary": The Culture Ministry has decided that businessman Jože Anderlič is no longer obliged to build a multi-purpose cultural hall as part of the emerging Schellenburg Palace in the centre of Ljubljana.
