Stock market index gains more than one percent

Ljubljana, 2 August - The SBI TOP index of blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange was up 1.1% to 1,181.50 points on Monday as a majority of big names posted gains, with the energy company Petrol notably adding 3.3%. The drug maker Krka (+0.92%) meanwhile accounted for half of today's total volumes of EUR 2.05 million.
