Večer describes Open Balkan as initiative out of necessity

Maribor, 30 July - Večer comments on Friday on the Mini Schengen or Open Balkan initiative as the first example of cooperation in the Western Balkan region since the breakup of Yugoslavia and the bloody Yugoslav Wars, saying that it is gaining traction as none of the countries in the region are likely to join the EU in the next ten years.
