Paper sceptical about govt digitalisation efforts

Koper, 26 July - Primorske Novice expresses scepticism about the government's digitalisation efforts after the appointment of a new digital transition minister, noting that Slovenia does not have a stellar record in digitalisation efforts and is lagging far behind leaders such as Estonia.
