Koper, 17 July - Prime Minister Janez Janša has managed to camouflage the defeats the coalition suffered this week with the appointment of a new minister for digitalisation, Primorske Novice says on Saturday, adding that this does not solve the conflict with the opposition, it merely postpones it to the autumn.
