Employment up in May on strong hospitality hiring

Ljubljana, 16 July - The number of persons in employment stood at 897,000 at the end of May, up 0.4% over April and an increase of 1.5% compared to the year before. The monthly increase was driven by accelerated hiring in the hospitality industry, the Statistics Office announced on Friday.
