New sequencer to help trace new variants of coronavirus

Ljubljana, 12 March - A new EUR 2 million sequencer that enables significant progress in the speed and volume of DNA sequencing was launched on Friday at the Paediatric Clinic in Ljubljana. It will enable much more extensive genetic diagnostics of children with rare diseases and also better tracing of novel coronavirus variants.
