Patients were our textbooks, says infectious disease expert

Ljubljana, 4 March - At the start of the epidemic little was known about Covid-19. Patients were the ones who helped experts understand the disease, said Tatjana Lejko Zupanc, the head of the UKC Ljubljana Department of Infectious Diseases, and infectious disease specialist Tadeja Kotar, marking a year since the first infection was confirmed in Slovenia.
