RTVS received record number of comments from viewers, listeners in 2020

Ljubljana, 3 March - The ombudsman of the viewer's rights at public broadcaster RTV Slovenija received 2,505 complaints, commentaries, proposals, queries or expressions of praise from viewers and listeners last year, which is the highest number since the office was introduced in 2008. The responses were often polarised, quite blunt or even offensive.
