Weather: Sunny and cold

Ljubljana, 14 February - It will remain sunny on Monday and remnants of the polar vortex will keep temperatures chilly. Morning lows will range between -12 and -7 and even at the seaside it will be below freezing. In the afternoon much of Slovenia will have temperatures just above freezing.
