Many issues still open 20 years after passage of Italian minority law

Ljubljana/Trieste, 14 February - Twenty years ago the Italian parliament passed a special law safeguarding the rights of the Slovenian minority there. The legislation successfully addressed some issues, but many others remain open, in particular parliamentary representation, and some provisions are only partially implemented.
