Ljubljana, 16 January - It will be mostly clear in Slovenia on Saturday in the west, and moderately to mostly cloudy elsewhere. Morning lows will range from -12 to -4 degrees Celsius, while temperatures are to rise to between -3 and 1 degrees during the day, up to 6 in the western region of Primorska.
