Efforts to get national action plan post EU strategy on LGBTIQ equality

Ljubljana, 27 November - Following the first-ever strategy on LGBTIQ equality in the EU, Slovenian LGBTIQ rights NGOs believe the document introduces a promising legal framework, however it will be key to implement the strategy in on-the-ground actions by policy-makers. They urge a national action plan that would tackle the issues of the community systemically.
