Bill proposing three-month universal income bill rejected

Ljubljana, 14 July - A bill introducing a temporary universal income to mitigate the coronavirus economic ramifications and boost domestic consumption, sponsored by the opposition Marjan Šarec Party (LMŠ), was deemed unfit for further parliamentary procedure in a 52:26 vote on Tuesday following its first reading.
