A second parliamentary commission to investigate alleged spying on politicians

Ljubljana, 19 February - Adding a new dimension to allegations of police spying targeting politicians, Democrats (SDS) MP Žan Mahnič announced Wednesday that the investigation attempted on Tuesday at the police headquarters under his leadership by parliament's security services oversight commission would be expanded to a parliamentary inquiry with different powers.
