Delo says Balkan leaders trapped in a broken elevator

Ljubljana, 18 February - The EU has no idea how to take the Western Balkans to the third millennium, while the creatively empty leaders of the region's countries are stuck in the 1990s, as if they were trapped in a broken elevator, the newspaper Delo says in Tuesday's commentary.
