Strike act in dire need of modernisation, but updates still far off

Ljubljana, 15 December - The Labour Inspectorate has expressed dissatisfaction with what it says is an outdated strike act. In fact, the act is so old that fines are set in dinars, the currency of the former Yugoslavia. Both employers and employees want the legislation to change, but the field is a slippery slope and is likely to remain unchanged for now.
