Panel criticises procurement legislation and never-ending appeals

Ljubljana, 21 November - Slovenia's existing public procurement legislation, "which allows appeals to practically be filed indefinitely", was a major topic of an international conference on tunnelling and underground structures in Ljubljana on Thursday.
