Six EU members urge Commission to define steps on W Balkans enlargement

Ljubljana, 19 November - Six EU foreign ministers, among them Slovenia's Miro Cerar, have called on the European Commission to define by January 2020 concrete proposals on how to "enhance the effectiveness of the accession process as an instrument to support reform and integration efforts" in the Western Balkans.
