High reps for succession broach all open issues

Zagreb, 13 November - High representatives for succession to former Yugoslavia met in Croatia on Wednesday, their first meeting in four years, to review the implementation of the 2001 succession agreement. All open issues were broached, with Slovenia highlighting the need to digitise Yugoslav archives and tackle financial issues.
