Ljubljana, 21 October - The 7th Biennial of Slovenian Independent Illustration will kick off at the Kino Šiška urban culture centre in Ljubljana this evening with the opening of a retrospective exhibition featuring selected works of Slovenian, Croatian and Serbian illustrators.
