High-performing hydro station opens on Kneža

Podbrdo, 17 September - A high-performing small hydro station was inaugurated on the Kneža river in western Slovenia on Tuesday. The EUR 2.3 million installation run by power utility Soške Elektrarne is expected to produce as much 3.3 GWh of renewable energy a year, more than many larger hydro stations produce.
