Ljubljana, 22 August - Commenting on Kosovo-Serbia relations and recent developments, the newspaper Delo points out that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić's lunch with US State Senator Michael R. Pompeo on Tuesday was a deja vu chapter in the series of events leading up to Kosovo's declaration of independence.
