Delo suggests top court may have to "take matters into own hands" again

Ljubljana, 17 August - Delo takes issue on Saturday with parliament's failure to implement Constitutional Court rulings, saying that while the focus remains on the funding of private primary schools, at least a dozen other cases remain on the table. The commentary goes as far as to suggest the top court may be forced to take over legislative power when needed.
