Businessman Racman on trial for cutting off creditors
Ljubljana, 25 April - Sergej Racman, the former owner of the cinema chain operator Kolosej, will be tried for cutting off creditors by selling the Kolosej cinema centre in Ljubljana, which had been used as collateral for its many loans. Racman pleaded not guilty at Thursday's pre-trial hearing.
