Court blamed for serious delays in TEŠ case
Ljubljana, 12 December - A report compiled by the Celje Higher Court and obtained by the news web portal Siol blames the court rather than the police or the prosecution for the investigation of alleged corruption in the controversial EUR 1bn-plus generator project at the Šoštanj coal-fired power plant TEŠ taking eight years already.
